The Call Centre Manager's Association (CCMA) is holding its annual awards dinner on 21 April 2010 in Manchester. Analysys Mason is delighted, once again, to be sponsoring the 'Emergency Control Room Manager of the Year' award.
The runner up for 2009 was Andy Perris from South West Ambulance, and the 2009 winner was Andrew Johnson from Warwickshire Police, who was presented with his award by Duncan Swan, Partner at Analysys Mason, and Commander Simon Foy from the Metropolitan Police.
If you would like to be put forward for this award, entering couldn’t be easier: simply go to http://www.ccma.org.uk/pdfs/AwardsForm.pdf, fill in the nomination form and include a brief description of why you think you should win your category. Then e-mail it through to the CCMA and wait to be short-listed!
Nominations for the 2010 CCMA Awards must be received no later than 19 March 2010.
