2010 APCO Australasia Conference & Exhibition
The 2010 APCO Australasia Conference & Exhibition will be held in Melbourne on 14th-17th March 2010 and hosted by the new Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre which is located in the central business district of Melbourne, Australia. The state of the art centre is close to restaurants, hotels, the Crown Casino Entertainment Complex and public transport hubs and is just 20 minutes by car from Melbourne Airport.
The 2010 APCO Australasia Conference & Exhibition will be reviewing the critical outcomes of the worst Victorian bushfires experienced earlier this year and other natural disasters around the world. The importance of Emergency Management and Public Safety considerations cannot be over stated and it is APCO Australasia’s mission to bring lessons learnt and new initiatives to their Conference by providing a range of keynote speakers, industry leaders, technology innovators & senior representatives globally to discuss challenges that have arisen in their line of duty. This will provide real time information about contemporary issues and enable the sharing of knowledge and the promotion of new and emerging technology leading to better informed and protected communities.
APCOA Forums and Workshops will once again be held during the 2010 Conference which is seen as an integral part of a worldwide network of emergency services & public safety professionals inherently connected by the exchanging of knowledge globally.
APCO is currently inviting you to submit proposals for educational presentations for the APCO Australasia 2010 Conference and Exhibition.
Members and non-members are invited to submit proposals that will bring practical, relevant and new information and ideas to attendees. Speakers will gain visibility and credibility in the eyes of their peers whilst making a significant contribution to the public safety profession.
